FF999 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the FF999 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, crash games, and any other current or future game modes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version.

Acceptance is confirmed at the time of registration, when you check the box acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use FF999's services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and FF999, supplemented by the Privacy Policy and by the specific rules of each promotion available at Promotions. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To create an account on FF999 and use any of the platform's services, you must meet all of the following criteria at the same time:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the registration date.
• Be a resident of Brazil or access the platform from a territory where access to Sports Betting and online casino services is permitted under applicable local law.
• Have a Valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure at FF999 or under any other player protection system.
• Not be an employee, partner, contractor, first-degree relative of an employee, or business partner of FF999.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

FF999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time during the life of an account. Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Accounts created with false, incomplete, or third-party information will be closed immediately, and any available balances may be held for the duration of the investigation. FF999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided during registration.

Each individual may hold only one active account at FF999. Uniqueness is verified by CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, and access device. Duplicate accounts — even with different details — constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention for investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (email and password) confidential. FF999 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard this information. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately at suporte@ff999.express.

Your FF999 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or share your account with third parties. Bets placed from your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of who placed them.

FF999 operates exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). There are no currency conversions, exchange rates, or foreign currency charges on any platform transaction.

The accepted deposit methods are:

• Pix – instant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Minimum deposit via Pix: R$ 5.00.
• Credit and debit card – Visa and Mastercard. Instant account credit.
• Boleto bancário – credit confirmed within 1 business day after payment at any bank or lottery outlet.
• PicPay – direct integration via QR Code or key. Funds credited in seconds.
• Mercado Pago – via Mercado Pago digital wallet. Instant credit.

FF999 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

FF999 applies anti-fraud verification to all deposits. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held while the compliance team completes its review. You will be notified by email if this occurs and may be asked to provide supporting documentation.

You may request a withdrawal of the available balance in your account at any time, provided that:

• The requested amount is equal to or greater than R$ 20.00.
• Your identity has been verified (KYC complete).
• There is no active bonus with a pending rollover requirement.
• The account is not under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.

The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, with processing times of up to 10 minutes in most cases. Withdrawals via TED are processed within up to 1 business day. FF999 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank may apply its own transfer fees on incoming transactions — check the terms of your financial institution.

Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account holder used for the deposit, whenever technically possible. FF999 may request proof of ownership of the receiving method before processing the first withdrawal from the account.

For high-value withdrawals, FF999 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998 and COAF regulations).

FF999 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, weekly cashback, and special promotions tied to sporting events. The specific terms of each offer are described on the respective promotion page and take precedence over the general provisions of this section in the event of a conflict.

General rules applicable to all FF999 bonuses:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account holder (same CPF, same email, same IP address, same device).
• The rollover requirement (minimum wagers required to unlock the bonus withdrawal) must be completed within the bonus validity period, which is 30 (thirty) days from the credit date, unless otherwise stated on the promotion page.
• Sports bets with odds equal to or greater than 1.50 contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward the rollover.
• Sports Betting wagers with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.
• Slots bets contribute 100% toward the rollover, except where otherwise noted on the promotion page.
• Bets on poker, crash games, and certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check the promotion page for details.
• Cancelled bets, bets on void markets, and bets placed with early cash out do not contribute to the rollover.
• Any bonus remaining unwithdrown at the end of its validity period is automatically removed from the account with no possibility of reactivation.

FF999 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that no bonus balance has already been claimed and is currently active in the affected user's account. Promotions already active and accepted continue under the original terms until the end of their validity period.

All Sports Betting wagers placed on FF999 are final and non-reversible upon confirmation, except in cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions or in the specific rules of each sport.

Bet cancellation and refunds: a bet may be cancelled by FF999 and the amount refunded to the user's balance in the following situations:

• Match canceled and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time.
• An obvious pricing error (an odd clearly out of line with the market) identified before the event begins.
• Event declared void under the official competition rules (e.g., match permanently suspended).
• Specific market declared void due to an irregularity (e.g., the player wagered on does not participate in the event for a reason that existed before it began).

Live betting: FF999 offers live markets on major sporting events. FF999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments (goal, penalty, red card, set point, etc.) to update odds. Bets placed during this period may be held and processed at the updated odds or refunded, at the trading system's discretion.

Parlay bets: in multi-leg (combined) bets, each event is treated independently. If one event is declared void, the combination continues with the remaining events and the total odds are recalculated without the removed event.

Betting limits: FF999 may set maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per user. These limits may vary depending on the sport, competition, and the user's betting profile, and are displayed during the bet placement process.

FF999 offers casino games from internationally certified providers. All games on the platform hold RNG (Random Number Generator) certification from independent auditing bodies, ensuring that results are fully random and impartial.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is listed on the game's page. The RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions — it represents a long-term statistical average.

Live Casino games streamed in real time from physical studios with real dealers are subject to the specific rules of each game type (European roulette, baccarat, blackjack, etc.) as displayed in the game interface. Connection issues during a Live Casino round are governed by the disconnection policy outlined in each game's rules.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on FF999 and will result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account in your name or in the name of a third party to claim multiple bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using family members' or third parties' accounts to circumvent promotion limits.
• Placing coordinated bets across different accounts to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome (internal account arbitrage).

FF999 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming — losing is a possible and inherent outcome of any wagering activity. Use of FF999's services is voluntary and entirely at the user's own risk.

FF999 is not liable for:

• User-side internet connection failures that prevent access to the platform during live events.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's failure to protect their credentials.
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties not affiliated with FF999.

In cases of verified technical failures that directly affect the outcome of a bet or game round, FF999 will review each case individually and may offer a refund or courtesy credit at the support team's discretion.

Account closure at the user's request: you may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Your available balance (excluding uncompleted bonuses) will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Accounts closed by the user cannot be reactivated with the same registration details for a minimum period of 30 days.

Closure initiated by FF999: FF999 may close or suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, use of a false identity, or money laundering.
• Abusive or offensive behavior directed at the support team.
• Detection of a minor using the account.
• Request from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, FF999 may hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. Balances arising from verified personal deposits will be returned; bonuses and winnings obtained through terms violations may be cancelled.

FF999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on this page, with the update date indicated at the top of the document.

For relevant changes that affect user rights, FF999 will send an email notification at least 7 days in advance before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any change, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. To do so, contact support before the date indicated in the notification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and betting sector in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between the user and FF999 that cannot be resolved directly through support, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution. If that is not possible, the competent jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions is the court of the user's place of domicile, pursuant to Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

For complaints not resolved by support, users may also file a complaint on the Consumidor.gov.br platform, maintained by Brazil's Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
